I suffer from Tinnitus. Yesterday, I ate a bowl of brown rice.
Something I never do. I did not do it for the Tinnitus. About 15
minutes after I ate it, my T decreased by 75%. Thinking it must be a
coincidence I tried the same thing today. Again in 15 minutes my
Tinnitus was almost gone. I now remember my T going way down after I
ate a rice dish a while ago, but I thought it was something in the
rice dish, not the rice itself. For what it is worth.

I eat rice often but not everyday. It is white but not brown rice.
My T is still there.

I have been here for more than 6 months now and gone through a lot of
questions and answers. If I had to do it all over again, I would
immediately pay a visit to one of the doctors around here in this ng
or ask someone in this ng to refer you to an ENT doctor who has had
experience in treating tinnitus patients.
Jim Chinnis and Murray(ENT) in this group are the ones you should go.
So is Dr. Nagler. These doctors have been listening to the painful
lamenting of T patients all over the world in describing their
symptoms for months if not years. Why have to look that far? Just go
to see one of them... now! You could stick around for the concepts
and ideas in generality. But get your T treated by a doc now!

Glad it helped you. I am thinking that it is a placebo effect, but what
the heck.
