What can be used to replace Dyazide?

Six months ago, my t developed.  There was positional pressure on the
left side of my head but only the left ear rang.  The intake of
Dyazide released that pressure but made both of my ears ring.  So one
devil was substituted by a bigger one.

The day i got off Dyazide was the day of liberation for me.  But
without Dyazide(HCTZ), the pressure came back to the left side and is
there each morning.  Sometimes it travels to the right side and the
head feels more relaxed but oftentimes it stays on my left side and it
is pretty annoying.

Questions:
(1)Where does this pressure come from?  The inner ear or the brain?
(2)Could this symptom be 'cured'?
(3)What medicine could one take by which one could have the pressure
released without having it transferred evenly to the whole head and
causing a 'stedio effect'?

Thank you in advance,

FP

Methazolamide is a diuretic you should talk to your doctor about.

Thank you very much.  I don't think that many doctors in this part of
the world could answer this question.  The day i posted this question,
i was given some medicine for my brain blood circulation problem.  The
medicine released the pressure.  If that effect is only temporary, I
would be inclined to use diurectic daily to control my BP and
'positional' pressure on the left side of my head.  I would pressure
this diurectic would not generate 'stedio' effect like Dyazide.

By the way, my ENT doctor does not think I have meniere disease.  I
have never experienced dizziness or vertigo, but have only tinnitus.
His conclusion is that my T is related to the vasecular conditions in
my head.

This diurectic is not available either in Hong Kong or China.  It has
to be imported from the US in large quantity.  My doctor just gave me
Lasix.  I just took it.  Feels a bit like HCTZ.  That is, it releases
the pressure but makes a noisier ear.
