Are you sure the there isn't another cause of the headaches?  Tinnitus
may also be linked to what is causing the headache itself and you
would do well to check that out.  It could be something like migraines
or another type of blood flow issue which would explain why OTCs won't
work.

Perhaps the headaches are due to tension and anxiety induced by your
tinnitus. It may be worth trying tension/anxiety reducing exercise.

Headaches sometimes come from tension in the neck and nearby areas. People who
have "just" tinnitus don't have headaches from it, as a rule, especially after
they adapt to it.

Tinnitus can be associated with migraine, but if you know the cause of your
tinnitus (such as noise), then that's not likely.

Try a hot shower on the neck and shoulders. Stretching those muscles might
help as well.

If not, see your doctor. Don't keep taking the OTC meds.

Tinnitus doesn't give you headaches. But both headaches and tinnitus
are most likely caused by extreme tension in the shoulder and neck
muscles.

Find a trusted therapist to give you a shoulder massage. Then you will
know for sure whether you have tension or not.

Can happen if they cause tension, yes. I have just recently experienced
increase tinnitus from silly concert sound production (100 dB is not
really needed for one girl singing accompanied by one jazz guitar and
one guy slapping a wooden box .... or is it?) and it was syncroneus with
neck pain. I can however not say that I have noticed the syncronicity so
that the neck pain was first and then came the tinnitus, in that respect
I doubt that the correlation is valid. The primary cause of tinnitus
remains noise exposure in my version of the world.

Migraine?

Could be migraine then.

Go see a general practitioner. Do be aware that migraine medication
tends to elevate the blood pressure for the duration of the effect and
some time thereafter.

The cheapest migraine drug is ergotamine, there are more expensive drugs
that do essentially the same blood flow modification at an remarkably
higher price. At least one of them makes you feel better when having
taken it to cure a migraine than you do when you are not sick. I find
that problematic.

You do not want to take ergotamine in case it is not a migraine as it
can cause quite severe headaches if the symptom to treat is not there.

Real migraine is a cranial bloodflow regulation disorder, but it also
reduces peristaltic motion in the tarm system, really bad migraines may
need to be treated via inhalator or injections because of this. Edgar
Cayces suggestion was that a patient should use a laxating oil "per os"
(I think the proper translation back to US english is ricin oil) because
of a claimed feedback from pressure on abdominal nerves causing or
aggravating the migraine.

Please not that all of the above is "unskilled writing", no claim of
correctness is made, your mileage may vary, i. e. I could be plain
wrong.

   Kind regards

That is still an assumption - not a proven fact.
Even loud noise can set up tension in the body.

Thank You all for your replies....

I think it is more like "anxiety induced by tinnitus", when loud noise or
specific tones of noise (soft or loud).   Loud noise causes my tinnitus to
worsen, which is probably causing a lot of anxiety.   At work, I  can't
always leave the loud environment.    In turn, it creates very bad
headaches, sick stomach, etc...  It  seems like a self feeding cycle... Once
it starts the cycle is hard to break.

As for migraines, I don't think so... I have had one in my life... I don't
have all the symptoms for a migraine.  On the single instance of my
migraine,  I was TOTALLY not functional for about three days...   My current
headaches are not yet in that level of pain..  They maybe close, but not
yet...

I think anxiety of the social aspect is an important concept to explore
too..  Not knowing, if  I could attend church, watch my kids at the park, or
any plan any social events.   Today has been good ( I was able to attend
church without the feedback running me "nuts") , but yesterday was bad.  I
have had tinnitus for only about 5 months, and it has really turn my life
upside down.   I have learned not to count good "days" but good hours.
Tomorrow is a another day, I hope it like today more good than bad...

I thank you all again....
May we all find rest tonight....
