I have had Tinnitus in my left ear for some time now. The other day I
had a terrible bought of Vertigo, and now I feel very light headed. Was
this caused by my Tinnitus, and does it mean that it is getting worse?
Thanks in advance for any help on this.

You should see an otologist who specializes in vestibular disorders.
Vertigo is not caused by tinnitus but the two symptoms can be caused by the
same disorder.

Yep. In my case, both were caused by an infection. A good infectious diseases
evaluation should be part of any assessment of the cause.
Mine respond to antibiotics.
