My doctor prescribed triamterene/dyazide for my tinnitus,
but after two weeks, not much difference.

I woke up a couple of days ago with a stiff neck, my
tinnitus was particularly loud, and I took some old
Oxaprozin/Daypro, and my tinnitus really settled down.

Does this make medical sense?

Thanks,

Mike

There is a very strong connection between neck tension and tinnitus.
There is a clinic in Sweden which has been treating patients for this
over the past 10 years. http://www.yts.se/english/index.htm

Get a message from a trusted therapist. Ask yourself "What is
happening in my life that is setting up this tension?"

Tinnitus is a pain in the neck
