Has anyone had experience with treatment in the minneapolis, minnesota
area? I am just starting to look into this as a treatment, and although
many have said it doesn't work, am willing to give it a try and would
like to know of someone that is reputable in this area. Actually, I live
in the Mora, MN area and if anyone knows of someone there, that would be
great too.

Thanks,
Travis

There is a hypnotherapist in Eagen, Minnesota (about 85 miles from
you) named Kevin Hogan, who has had considerable experience treating
tinnitus sufferers.  Kevin's website is:
http://www.kevinhogan.com/index.htm

While he does sell a "Tinnitus Reduction Program" over the web, he
also sees patients personally.  The link is:
http://www.kevinhogan.com/tintherapy.htm

I disagree with some of Kevin's opinions, but I have always found him
to be candid and approachable.  You might consider contacting him and
discussing your situation to see what he might or might not be able to
offer you in terms of relief.

If  you try Kevin Hogan, let us know how that turns out.  I live in MN too
and spoke with Kevin about his services a few years back.  Seemed like a
sincere fellow with some great ideas.  He used to post here.  Eventually I
habituated on my own.

Best wishes,

Bill
