I usually feel very moody when there is no sunshine and I feel
cheerful again when the sun is out.  Am I being depressed?  If I had
to take drug to cope with my mood, should I take anti-anxiety or
anti-depression drug?  Are there drugs that take care of both anxiety
and depression?

There are anti-anxiety and anti-depressants in the same medicine but
just by what you describe, you might want to research SAD - Seasonal
Affective Disorder -- which some people get when there is less
sunlight.  People usually get treatment by sitting in front of light
boxes for 30 or so minutes a day to simulate the sunllight and ward
off depression.

Also they have a number of anxiety and/or depression checklists on the
web but doctors have those checklists, too, and can go over that with
you when you have an appointment.
