I just went to see Passion of the Christ.  Was that Nagler's hand
holding the hammer were the nails were being driven into Jesus' hands
& feet?  I'm pretty sure it was.  If it wasn't him it had to be a
direct relative of his.

Well, you hold the record for the Usenet's most disgusting post.

Actually, I am chagrinned to tell you that I may hold that record.

The difference is that I greatly regret saying what I said -
regardless of the circimstances.

Chagrined or chagrinned - either is acceptable according to Random
House Webster's College Dictionary.

I realize that as far as you are concerned, terri, there is one and
only one way to do things: your way.  But that is a reflection of your
own small-mindedness and not by any means a reflection of reality.

You're right about that.  You deserve to be scourged to death and then
urinated on by every member of this forum you have done the same to in
the past.
You're a non repentant bastard who will eventually burn in the lake of
fire forever for what you've done here.

No good will come of responding to threads/posts like these.

The topic is tinnitus.

Please.

                     ..................

Yoli spewed his FILTH here for years. We hope he has moved on -  but I doubt
if he did.

There's only one sickminded individual that would use the name "Heywood
Yablome" when the subject reads: Passion of the Christ.

Things calmed down for awhile then came the religious zealots.

Now we have you - acting like a lovestruck teenager stalking Naglers every
post.

Time to grow up terri.

Nagler spewed his filth here and preyed upon people and still does.
Why you continue to defend him is beyond me, but do carry on as it
makes things interesting.

Why? Because he and others here have typed their fingers off for T sufferers
24/7 for many many years.

Why? Because he and others here can post important information way beyond the
scope of you and I.

Why?  Because for every stupid post he ever wrote he was plummeted by 500 x
that amount of posts in chastisement, taunting and torment and stayed too take
the heat.

Why? Because when you and I get tired of the bullshit on ast we can take a 6
month hiatus and know there are still people here trying to help.

We can have our differences but we can also respectfully disagree.

BTW, this is my last post under this particular thread.

It is a "red herring" of yours, or simple faulty logic, to imply that a
negative criticism of your odious posts is a defense of Nagler. Take credit
for your own posts. They smell of their own accord.

Hey, not to pick on Paul, this post is for all of you engaging in personal
spats on ast; TAKE IT TO EMAIL or keep it to yourselves.

This forum only recently rose from the depths, and each of you seems all too
willing to take it there again, for the personal gratification of reaching out
and slapping someone.

Please, if it's not T, and it's not kind, just don't post it here.

Its okay to pick on me because I did indeed indulge my personal
gratification, though my subject "warned" that my post had nothing to do
with tinnitus. I'd love to take it to e-mail but she hids in anonymity. Not
to worry however, my post was a "one-shot" post and should preclude any
follow-up discussion....at least on my part.

Its okay to pick on me. I did indeed partake in a personal gratification and
I enjoyed it. But I also "warned" in the subject line that my post had
nothing to do with tinnitus.

Can't take it to e-mail because she's anonymous. Further, my sentiment was
clear so it can't turn into a flame war even if that post is "attacked".
There is nothing for me to add to what I posted.

Adios, and may the force be with you :-)

Yes, and I am sorry for posting that empty list of Bush's accomplishments.
I intended to post that to a group discussing politics but had a.s.t.
highlighted in the window on the left side of Outlook Express.  I honestly
don't think politics or religion belong in this group.  I share your view on
responding to some of the truly outrageous posts to this group and the
difficulty in resisting a response.  Likewise, I agree with Susan that the
best way to eliminate this crap is to ignore it.  My thanks to all of you
who ignored my mistaken post, and another I made essentially the same way a
few months back.  I'm old and a bit senile.

Along these same lines, I DO find humor good medicine for tinnitus and hope
the good natured bantering will continue.  Susan?

Awww, how do I say anything but "sure thing" to a fellow senile?   ;-)

I just got really frustrated with all the nastiness that seemed to be
escalating, after all everyone did to make it supportive again.

No, Jesus taught that the branches of the tree could be pruned, even
down to the ground if need be, to retain a pure faith in God.  You
have no right, as a Christian or otherwise, to expect anyone to take
on the responsibility of a few misguided individuals who didn't
understand what they were doing.

Anyone who chooses atonement for their sins through sacrifice has that
right, even if they were those who actually took the sacrifice to its
slaughter. This is what sacrifice is to each and everyone of us, and
it's what Jesus understood it to be too.

And what has this to do with Tinnitus? There are literally thousand of
newsgroups, there is no need for this stuff here. Park religion and politics
at the door.

That sounds really intelligent. Is that yor best? When did you decide to
make this personal?

Don't bother to respond, your comments are not worthy of my attention.
