Most interesting that your tinnitus and hearing improved with the heart stent.
Can you review your medications. Diuretics? Antiinflammatory? Cortisone?
Meniere's can respond to medications.

I was and I am taking taking Aspirin 325, Toprol 50, Lipitor 20, Altace2.
Right after stent procedure I was taking Plavix for about a month.

I know of one case report from a woman with "Meniere's" who was discovered to
have a platelet disorder (hyperaggregability). When she was placed on Plavix,
her symptoms essentially vanished. After being disabled for years she is now
mostly symptom free several years after starting the Plavix.

Toprol is a beta blocker. Altace is an angiotensen inhibitior. Mechanism may be
similar to the action of Inderal for migraine.
