Since even my doctors don;t have complete answers to my tinnitus, I
have for the past few months come up with some self-innovations and
the latter have helped me quite a bit.
One of the most significant inventions is to use a vibrator to massage
various 'sound points' over my skull, especially where the old wound
is located. In the beginning, the vibrator brought out so much loud
noise to the point that I had to go out into the streets for a walk.
But I persisted and things got easier as time went by. The purpose of
the massage is to bring up the level of noise _above and beyond_ that
at which my T normally rings so as to get the body used to or adapted
to noise more easily. This seems to be the concept brought up by Ear
Ring in this ng some time ago or homeothepy. Years ago, i tried the
same concept on a piece of abnormal bone growth in my foot and it
worked beautifully. After some hard rubs, that area that used to
scream and wake me up at mid-nights has become pretty dormant. I am
now having good sleep.
Just keep trying, friends. That is how human beings finally managed to
land in the moon.

Somebody stop me, this one is *almost* too irresistible.
