interesting isn't it. i get it sometimes, where there will be a ringing in
concord with outside noises esp broadband sound like car tyres on road, or
such.

"Now, a few times like last night I will get a very high toned sound in
either ear and I almost feel like "maybe it is going to bust it away", but,
when that sound goes away my ringing is still behind it"

I get that, I occasionally freak out. Is the new sound going to go away, is
it temporary oh f**k. A micro epiphany of doom for a minute or two.

According to my ENT doctor, that is what you get when your inner ear
lacks sufficient oxygen supply, which in turn comes from poor blood
circulation.
