Can someone tell me if salt is bad for T??

From what i gather, salt raises the blood pressure and this can affect T.
Maybe salt can affect T in other ways too.

Salt (sodium) can make tinnitus worse when the tinnitus is due to
endolymphatic hydrops. Meniere's is an example.

If tinnitus is not caused by increased pressure in the cochlea, then low salt
would not be of benefit.

Just to clarify this for myself..you mean if my T isn't caused by Meniere's
or other similar disease or disorder, then I might as well use salt as I
have always used?

a. I don't know what caused your Tinnitus
b. I don't know if you have increased fluid pressure in the inner ear.
