does anyone have knowledge of a study or studies which indicate that
non-post surgical tinnitus suffers can develop GET.  Have had symptoms for a
couple of months (non-surgical patient), neurologist stated that there were
only eight cases of GET and all were post-surgical.

I don't know of studies, but at least one person with Meniere's and no surgery
has mentioned having GET on a Meniere's discussion email list that I run. (See
my sig block.)

the poor fellow with Meniere's, i assume that he/she did not have an
acoustical neuroma?  I have had tinnitus for about 15 years, right ear only,
BAER's abnormal, MRIs normal.  recently developed this gaze thing that is
literarily driving me nuts.  I am to the point that i cannot drive w/o about
3 mg
of klonopin in my system.    please assist me in finding the message you
mentioned earlier.  new to the newsgroup thing.  thanks, and thanks for your
response.
