Has anyone had problems with sugar causing their T to get worse? Seems like
every time I eat things with a lot of sugar, I suffer for days. If I stay
off things like ice cream, cake, etc. My T goes back to being tolerable. Any
comments?

Nothing in my diet seems to have any affect on my tinnitus. The level and
character changes from time-to-time but it does that even when fasting.

I have come across one abstract that showed a reduction in T with a low carb,
very low calorie diet. My tolerable T just about disappears on very low carb
diet, with elevation (but still tolerable) for a while after eating a high
salicylate meal.

Sugar tends to lower the hormone levels that relax you and give you the "all
is good" feelings.
Funny thing is that people with low levels of these hormones tend to crave
sugar a lot. It is believed to be an attempt to carry the precursors to
these hormones more efficiently through your systems.
