For the past few days, I have been wondering how the poor people in
China deal with their T problem. After all, most don't have the money
to buy expensive drugs such as ATIVAN or XANAX, or even if they had
they would have been prescribed as the only places where these drugs
are prescribed in China are the mental hospitals or drug rehabitation
centres.
After talking to a number of people, the following is what I have
found out. It is called the 'black bean' solution.
T sufferers simply eat A LOT OF black beans. According to what I have
found out, not only do black beans help them cure T, some of the
sufferers have had their white hair turned black again. The theory is
this: black beans invigorate the kidney, which in turn invigorates the
rest of the body.
Well, to the T sufferers out there, my response to this is: 'what have
you got to lose by eating black beans daily for a month or so and see
if there is anything valid with this Chinese poor people's
experience?' After all, even the modern day 'high-tech' doctors are
unable to do much for you anyway.

Don't know. It is just the black beans sold around here. I suppose
it is the same all over. You could make a delicious stew of black
beans and pork or in particular pig ears. You don;t have anything to
lose by eating black beans everyday. The idea is to invigorate the
kidney.
