If you aren't dizzy you don't have meniere's disease under accepted criteria.

Several points worth pondering over:
(1)Could people experience fluid imbalance in their ear without having
to have 'meniere disease'?
(2)Could the initial use of anti-anxiety drugs such as Ativan
camouflage the existence of meniere disease OR a symptom characterized
by fluid imbalance by preventing dizziness from occurring?
