Hello, I know im grasping here, but anyways:
Got a shitty problem, my T problems are like this;

Talking, eg using my vocal instrument, creates a disturbance in my ear that
increase tinnitus and worsens my hyperacusis. Also typing " keyboard,
clicking mouse" does this.
I figure some nerves in my ear area are to exposed, so even bodily functions
through the shoulders to jaw, neck causes ear to boost T and H.
Now, heres what I wondered, please any suggestions are fine:
What should the doctors look for when my own vibrations in my voice
instrument and bodily functions like mouseclick cause my problems ?
What do you recommand for untightening the jaw area, the temples, neck and
shoulders ?

I dont mind alternative treatment methods.

Basically when my ear gets sore as i call it from talking, it seriously
causes balance problems and eye-world coordination problems, leading to
anxiety for the world outside with its scary sounds and no safe places to
run to.

Thank you
Tomas

Is it the sound of the mouse click( arond 30 til 40 dB) or the actual moving
of your fingers that is the problem ?

I think some kind of sound therapy is in order . . . it seems that you
hyperacusis is quite sensitive.

How about TRT ( Tinnitus Retrainig Therapy )

The moving of the fingers, cause I have removed the click from the mouse.
There is still a "switch like" function, but no external sound. I also get
problems walking asfalt for the scraping sensation. Touching some fabrics.
Light sensitivity etc.

It could be you have a condition where the eustacian tube is open all the
time, or too much. This is a condition which might cause Autophony, or
hearing your own voice inside the head. I'm no doctor, but it's my feeling.
You could talk to your doctor about this.

the symptoms you describe may be due to an abnormally patent eustachian tube.

That sounds about right. Cause every sound I hear there is a certain flex in
the ear drum Which must create alot of tension and soreness im sure. The ENT
doc has allready seen the ear drum flex and said my eustachian tube is
behaving strange.
Something about the pressure release is too sensitive and so on.
Do you know any known treatment for this ?
Thank you
Tomas

Sounds like a sensoural disorder of some kind.   since it's ears, eyes and
sensural.

It could be due to severe lack of some vitamins.  Light sencityvity isn't
excacty connected to the ear og eustatic tube.

How about your smell and taste ?   is that affected too ?

Some people have reported that chiropractic adjustments have helped
their tinnitus. Maybe that would be worth looking into based on your
description.  If that doesn't work, see a regular doctor about other
possible connections with the nerves in those areas.

Hi Tomas and welcome to the group.
What does your doctor say about this?
Have you seen an ENT doctor?

Sounds more like an emotional/anxiety problem.

It sounds as if there is a lot of muscular tension in your body.  A
doctor does not usually look at that.

Have you ever had a spinal massage from any trusted physical
therapist?
You really need to het rid of that tension.
Dr Murray Grossan has quite a few relaxation on his web page.  You
probably saw his posts in the newsgroup.

Spinal masage?  That isn't TRT!   It couldn't possibly work!
