How come there is so far between the "Tinnitus" related post here . . . . .
.
I haven't seen anything like it in any other newsgroup.
Does tinnitus really make beople desperat and does it afect that many pople
mentally or are "tinnitus" sufferes more bored then average people ?
Why don't someone delete this newsgroup. It's doomed . . . . perhaps
rename it to alt.support.insults !
When 90% af the post are meaningless and out of subject it's time to review
the purpos of a newsgroup.

>I haven't seen anything like it in any other newsgroup.
That is because other newsgroups don't have a fat little troll with a
volatile history stalking it.
It's also because there is nothing new in the world of tinnitus in the
many years that I have had it that has changed to help the sufferer.
And the fact that some people sell "treatments" for it is disgusting.

Ron, you were right most docs are f.cking dilbrains. Take my GP for example
it's now 7pm nearly and he is supposed to ring me about 2 issues. Maybe he
will manage to call me up, bravo I say you can use the phone.

Well, we know that if you promised to call someone, there is no doubt
that you would keep the promise because you have nothing else on your
mind and nothing else to do. Perhaps that doesn't apply to your
doctor. Maybe you should try calling him.

Feel free to enroll in med school, there is great demand for good doctors.
But I guess you just like to be the passive complainer.

polishing your ego & insulting folks in a support group is contemptible

HA! You just defined Nagler's entire existence, and a pathetic one at
that.

I think it's quite because people are laughing their a.ses off. This
was a very funny AST day. Not, of course, if you were da Nagler. But I
don't think any day is funny for him. He's one day closer to the Lord
and his conduct shows he has yet to make peace with Him. If he were to
really repent he would get himself to a nunnery...HA!
Why did he ruin this place? Why did he not keep his word to leave?
He'd probably be enjoying good mental health if he had just done what
he stated many times. You don't understand: I'm trying to help the man
keep his word.
The below shows six years of controversies following this individual.
Are you really going to not get the picture that HE is HIS problem and
not everyone else?

Hi Jesper (er du dansk ligesom jeg er?)
Yes there's a lot of foul language and stuff here, but saying it is
doomed? Some of use believe it can return to a good newsgroup, and on
occasions where I have had questions about T or related issues, I have
actually gotten good answers here. It's a matter of ignoring the
flames.

Yes. Dr. Grossan and Stephen Nagler and others are excellent contributors
to this group. None of them should be flamed for their efforts in the first
place, of course.
I would like to thank them, and others who manage the small miracle of
making positive contributions here, and encourage them not to quote and
respond to their attackers.
Other groups, such as alt.psychiatry, also found the number of flames
prohibitive, and responded by forming a moderated verson of the group. I'd
be happy to serve as a moderator if someone else helped with starting the
group. Has anyone done this before?
Meantime, use "Block Sender" when anyone posts anything offensive, and
you'll find the group will improve immediately.

its the curse of usenet - psychotics fantasists obssesives & the plain bad
hiding behind their computers to post lies insult & filth
> Does tinnitus really make beople desperat and does it afect that many pople

we have one or two people here who are angry at the medical professions
inability to cure their tinnitus
(one of them despite being very rich felt it in his pocketbook when the
treatment from a certain doctor here did not work & hes devoted his
life to getting even)
it has made them mad enough to stalk the experts here
mad enough not to care what damage they do to this support group

I agree with the previous poster we need to censor as many people as
possible.

Just trying to keep my score book correct. Who was the "certain
person"?
I would think that Nagler is the richest regular here and he sure is
getting even...HA!
