cinnarizine tablets

A friend of mine was suffering from a combination of mild tinnitus and
vertigo for years but was too poor to keep going for fancy high-tech
ENT visits.  Lately, she went to a nearby pharmacist and described her
conditions.  She was prescribed this med named 'cinnarizine tablets',
and in addition ginko and vitamin E pills.

She has been rather OK ever since...

What a miracle!  I bet it was that GB!  It cures everything!  It was
very nice of that pharmacist to sell her GB and Vitamin E.  Always
good for sales to the ill advised.

To double its effect, ingest on a lunar eclipse while turning
counter-clockwise 3.5840392 times, then do 4 deep knee bends and
go into the fetal position.  Remain in fetal 45 seconds then stand up
slowly facing due south!  Works every time!
