I apologize to you for my poor English.

I read somewhere that in most cases, the tinnitus is a real sound
produced by the coclea and that can be amplified.

I read that if this sound is send counterphased in the ear, it could
reduce the tinnitus. Do you know if a similar device has been proved,
if it works and if it is on the market?

Are you referring to sound treatment?

It works for *some*. I suppose.  I have never used it but you may want
to google 'electronic ears' and see if you can come up with anything
useful.
