Black Sesame Seeds...

Many thanks for this tip.  I actually began eating the black sesame
seeds to help with constipation - they seem to work well.  I'll have
to try some and see if the T decreases.

The treats you buy at Wholefood sound like they are similair to what I
buy out here (I live in Hong Kong, close to FY Poon - who is a very,
very nice guy) and I think they may be an Asian thing....so you may be
able to get something similiar in an Asian food store but maybe at a
lower price (my wife says that whole foods tends to be expensive).

FYI - I was in Seoul, Korea last month and had really good black
sesame seed cookies/treat (and a few very good dumps) so maybe a
Korean supermarket will have something also.
