Black sesame treats from Whole Foods store.  In desperation I bought a
book on traditional cures and black sesame seeds were listed as being
helpful for tinnitus.  I found black sesame seed candies at the Whole Foods
store and they're really tasty.  At only $1.99 for a segmented bar they're a
bargain.

Do they help? I believe so; marginally, albeit temporarily. They certainly
don't make the T. any worse and I find myself looking forward to my black
sesame seed treats.

And who authored that book of traditional cures?  A black sesame seed
vendor no doubt!  You got brainwashed and suckered or all things
sesame seeds!  Wait till fypoon and janice hear about it.  Its even
more bizarre than GB or janices magnesium deficiency theory(actually a
brain fart)

It was an excerpt from "Healing with Whole Foods" by Paul Pitchford -
Asian Traditions and Modern Nutrition.  There's a nice recipe section
included.  I've bought my share of pricey snake oil tinnitus potions, so
black sesame seed treats are a bargain at $1.99.  I love 'em!  The black
sesame seeds are good for you too!

I think you're still buying snake oil.  Better hope you don't have
diverticulum problems with eating all those seeds.

Since dealing with T is mostly mental, even a placebo is useful if it works.
He says it helps, so it does.

If your T reacts to black sesame seeds, it is because, according to
the traditional herbalist philosophy, that your T may have its cause
in your kidney.

But then again, when you tell this to those who were brought up in a
culture of burgers and Hollywood movies, what you have to say may be
interpreted as celestial science.

Hahahaha...now the kidney causes T!  Fyfpoon musta been toking that
bong again and had this in a vision.  Now if his chinese cubscout can
concurr with him it might have some merit(Yeah right! haha)

What should I do if I have tinnitus?
The most important thing you can do is to go see your doctor. Your
doctor can try to determine what is causing your tinnitus. He or she
can check to see if it is related to blood pressure, _kidney
function_, diet, or allergies. Your doctor can also determine whether
your tinnitus is related to any medicine you are taking
==========================================
The above is not written by Chinese but by white anglo doctors.  I
know you have confidence with Hollywood education but I am afraid
there is a limit to it.

I guess you beleive every doctor is a good, smart doctor.  Wrong again
fool!  Where's it say its written by white anglo doctors?  Hey if they
don't have hard evidence, such as your chinese boy scouts email
address, then I don't beleive them.
