Looks nice, but I can't imagine breathing that fast. Is it useful?

cheers,

Actually this can be helpful. Moving the neck as she demonstrates helps move
lactic acid out of the muscles, which is a frequent cause of headache
symptomes.

It is also a  really effective way to grind the nerves in the facet
joints, causing migraines into permanent damage.

Very ridiculous exercise for many migraine sufferers. Ask a registered
Chiropractor about that one before you take advise from a website.
twisting the neck is usually not recommended unless you gave some
spare cartilage.

I'm not questioning the movement, although I agree with Janice's comment
about that. It's the breathing.

The voice-over tells us to breath in and out in sync with the movement.
That's 60 times per second. What about hyperventilation?

fyfpoon does that with his crack pipe and he never hyperventilates.

Shut up and listen, you trash.  Are you white?  Then white trash!  It
is described vividly in many American novels ...

Yes burn out fyfpoon, I am white and you pick up my trash!  I must
admit you fit in well with all the garbage.  Now put that crack pipe
down and logoff.  Everytime you start toking you come here and show a
demonstration of you stupidity.  Settle back to a nice cold GB and
accupuncture your aching eyes.

So you are typically of white trash...

Did your Dad and Mom rather spend the savings on a 20-in TV than on
the food and education of their kids?

Yes, 100%. Not a mixed breed like you.

They could only afford a 15" TV.  Its better than spending it on crack
like your family trait has been.  You're a crack baby with T.

100% trash, as you have admitted. Now I have to treat you a bit
differently from those who are less than 100% trash.  After all, how
can trash be expected to behave like valuables?

Not a mixed breed like you.
