This is my tinnitus, do you think i should hear continually to mask my
tinnitus ??

No, this is exactly what my T sounds like.  I got an LCD TV set and it
helps.  The problem with this sound, at least for me is it makes my T worse,
even after I take this sound away.

If you have a hearing loss, usually a hearing aid can act as a successful
masker. IN California you can try a hearing aid for 30 days and then return
it if you find it doesn't work for you.
