Some people might have heard of it but in the final analysis it is you
that has to try it to find out whether or not something works for you.

There is no evidence whatsoever that this commercial product will help
you.  It is probably a waste of money.

If you have tinnitus consider the following

1. Get a thorough examination by a qualified ear doctor.  There are a
few treatable medical conditions that can cause tinnitus, so you want
that determined.
2. If the doctor finds nothing, you might want a second opinion, just
to be sure.
3. If the second doctor finds nothing, then there is no cure for the
condition.  But there are ways to treat the distress it causes, and
often just the passage of time will make it much less bothersome.  It
may also just go away.
4. Some of the treatments available include relaxation exercises,
cognitive behavioral therapy, Neuromonics, hypnosis and Tinnitus
Retraining Therapy.  All of these work on reducing your negative
reaction to the tinnitus, rather than eliminating the tinnitus itself.
5. In some people (especially people with tinnitus and low-frequency
hearing loss), a hearing aid may help by boosting the background
sounds you are not hearing.

As far as I know (and I have had tinnitus for many years), the above
summarizes everything there is to know about the condition and its
treatment.  Everything that is scientifically true, that is.

Everything else, especially the weird stuff posted here by fyfpoon, is
nonsense.
