This group named AST used to be predominated by a team of blue-
blooded habituation experts...until they were overwhelmed by the more
practical school of treatment.
That said, my suggestion is if your T does not annoy you, you perhaps
may want to try spiritual healing or psychological counselling. But
then again, if you need spiritual healing or psychological counselling
to deal with your T, it would tell me that your T is loud and
annoying. Thus you might as well get it treated as soon as possible.
i got my T treated with acupuncture and you may want to try it out.
Does not work for everybody tho. But perhaps you want to start with
the conventional methods first. In that case, talk to Murray and make
an appointment to see him rather than wasting your time and money with
any ENT doctor who practices medicine in your nearby district.

Stop shilling for Murray.
Yes, this group was once frequented by folks who could provide very
useful advice for victims of tinnitus.
Now it is dominated by "Spoonhead" and "Janice" (aka Larry Lix). And
they don't know sh.t from shinola about tinnitus or anything else.
