I have recently started to take a timed release form of Gingko and it
seems to help on the Tinnitus problem I will let every body know
if it helps.

Since you indicated "it seems to help...", it means it is already
helping. Right?

By the way, should the phrase "for what its worth" be "for what it is
worth"?  Am I right or wrong on this?

"its" is a contraction in English made up of two words. Letters
missing are usually signified by an apostrophe symbol "'"

This would usually be written as it's.

No ! it means that I have noticed a slight decrease in the level of
sound but I have only been taking it for 5days and that is not enough
time to form a opinion.

Too soon and obvious. Try developing a friendly relationship before
becoming a bitch. It's more effctive and catches the victim off guard.

Aezael,

I had the same experience, I was taking GB and 500mg Niacin daily and
one night, when we returned from the club, after relaxing in the
jacuzzi, I noticed my tinitus was ABSOLUTELY GONE!. Of course, I was
reeeally relaxed. It came back at the office next morning.

My tinnitus is very mild, in both ears and barely above street traffic
and 9600 Hz (I measured it myself). I became accustomed to it.

I'm 67, only take aspirin from time to time, but may start again with GB
and Niacin.

BTW, I never passed 8th grade (in English), but took ESL....  ;-)
