T and distilled water with or without floride/ Electrical T

Is it best to drink distilled water with floride OR without floride in
it for menieres and pulsitile T?
Also i sleep next to an adjoining wall with many electrical meters in
a large apt building, could the electrical transmission
from these reading meters mostly all going with all the transmission
wires cause or aggravate T in any way.? Are their any studies on this.

The only studies I have seen on electrical EMI show no negative
results on identifiable ailments but were all done by Electrical
Distribution companies.

The voltage going to your house exhibits none of the characteristics
that high voltage and high frequency electrical energy does., namely,
skin transmission effects and corona.
