It is very simple!  All you need to do is to talk to a certified
acupuncturist near where you are and ask him or her if he or she is
able to treat tinnitus.  If the answer given is affirmative, then go
ahead to ask the acupuncturist for a few references.  Talk to his or
her patients who have been treated for tinnitus by this expert and you
can assess how good he/she is.

That was what I did.  This approach is superior to having to read a
monumental amount of tinnitus liternature or 'controlled' studies
reports before you dare to attempt anything.

Good things are often simple things!

You obviously have not heard of HIPPA.

It was my attempt at humor.

We used to have a few American patients here who reported positive
response to acupuncture.  I recall a guy is from Main.  Thus you can
always ask around and see what has done it.  I used to give out the
name of an acupuncturist in Vancouver but I think it is better for you
to locate one near you by talking to people who have had positive
results.  The same approach goes for ginko biloba.  Talk to a
pharmacist and see if anyone he knows is willing to tell you his
positive experience.

Nothing works for everyone and the causes of T are very complicated.
If something works for you, never mind the reasons.  YOu will never
understand them any way in your life time.

The controlled studies debated ferverishly in this ng have as many
limitations as any kind of studies and as such should be approached
objectively.  In my view, the results of a controlled study should be
reported as what they are rather than as an authoritative proof if
something will or will not work for anyone who wants to try.

THIS IS COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
