I am going to prescribe a simple formula for the following groups of T
newbies:

(1)If you had tried all the doctors and found no solution to your ill.
(2)If you don't have the money to take care of your illness in the
affluent society.

The components of this simple formula are as follows:
(1)Take a tablet of gingko biloba each morning right before breakfast.
(2)Sleep with a wrapped towel supporting your neck.

Do the above for a couple of weeks and see if there is any
improvement.  Continue if you find some help.  Remember, in many case
T is a nerve illness.  It takes a long time for the nerve to recover.
So stay put and stop running around.

It wouldn't hurt people to try that , but I took gingko for over a year
(small doses & large doses) to zero results.  I have heard that some people
claim that it helps them though.  I've tried almost everything except
invasive surgery with no results.  The only thing I found that helps me is a
good night of sleep.
Glad to hear that the Gingko helps.  You're lucky.

Nothing works for everyone.  And this is also true of medicine.  It is
not luck, but is what it is.
