China is celebrating its new year or the year of the pig.  During this
festival, a lot of fire crackers have been set off.  The randomly
created kids throw the fire crackers wherever they feel like and do so
indiscriminately, from the windows, the balconies and side streets.
Walking through a busy district is like walking under a cluster bomb.

Whenever a fire cracker is set off near my presence,  I at once
experience distinct tinnitus or a high pitched ring sound.  What is
even more amasing is that this high pitched ring sound can be
neutralized or partly cancelled by another fire cracker of a different
decibel.  This experience confirms what my previous ENT doctor told me
about the cause of my tinnitus being nerve-typed.

Perhaps one of these days we can try a fire cracker sound treatment in
which t patients are exposed to various decibel of fire cracker
explosion.  Maybe Dr. Murray Grossan or Jim Chinnis can run a
'controlled study' in order to find out if fire crackers can be used
to treat tinnitus.  But before their controlled study results are
published---which may take many years, I will use this primitive
method to overcome my fire cracker induced tinnitus.

Ha Ha Ha .......That's really a good one.  It's good to have a sense of
humor.                 Jamffer
