After reading this board one has to wonder which came first....the ringing
or the insanity.

Are you proffering yourself as a prime example?

What are you talking about? What is POSETING?
Sounds like you're a reason I recommend Ezboard.

Top-posting. It's something that people who are unfamiliar with Usenet
do ... like not responding to the OP (original poster) in the first
place.

A: Dunno, maybe it's because they're stupid.

Q: Why do some people top-post?

A: Because they are REALLY STUPID!

Q: Why do some people cross-post?

Go away with your incessant trolling.

Top posting is used and recommended by many Usenet posters. Before you
start qoting Usenet rules you must realize that Usenet sets no rules
and neither does it care to.

Actually, I lurked in this pitiful excuse for a newsgroup for weeks
before I posted something and you  call that trolling? Who are you
anyway? The self-appointed head mistress?

Then again, if you went away, there would hardly be anyone left.

You're right. Usenet sets no rules, but common sense does. Thankfully,
top-posters are an exception rather than the rule on Usenet - or
haven't you noticed?

The "ringing" came first.  Then the "being pissed at the world" came second.
Then "love it or leave it" came last.
