Why?  Should anyone bother with this.  Please post some evidence that
it is effective.  Or get lost.

There most likely is no proof for you.

Let's hear what you would consider proof for any tinnitus relief
technique.

You may as well face it, you will probably never get any better, with
your negative attitude.
