hard smash in right jaw, temple .. didnt see it coming, didnt go dizzy
later on (long story) had me in drivers seat of car, leaning left with
head on passengers seat (therefore unsupported neck) and an ogre on top,
passed out, woke up with sore neck, tinnits next day,
had mouth ulcers (never before or since) so stress was high I think.
headaches etc. all of which I now associate with neck problem.
had a previous accident 12 years ago, with similar pains in hands (now
associated with neck problem). maybe this accident (fell off bike with
neck thrust up and bakcwards to avoid road) eventually brought on the
spondylosis.
and the more recent assault just excacerbated the syptoms.
xrays and bone scans were ok then.

It might have been caused by damage to the inner ear from the assault,
rather than be related to the neck problem.
Hopefully, some physical therapy will take care of some of the neck troubles
and the tinnitus will resolve over time. Amazingly, even if the tinnitus
holds on, you will probably come not to notice it that much.

Im about at that stage now. I had T before, 10 times less than this.
had an MRI on ear. that seemed ok, but I bet they cant see the "hairs" that
pick up the sound. some T is because they are bending over and touching the
ear. sounds like a good theory to an expert like me (lol)
