I have been reading about a a protozoal parasite named Encephalitozoon
cuniculi that can infect rabbits, dogs, other animals and humans. It
infects the central nervous system and brain. I am very curious if it
has been found to cause tinnitus in humans or if any other know
parasite has been verified to do this.

I don't know about that particular pathogen, but my tinnitus is caused
by neuroborreliosis, a CNS infection by borrelia (Lyme disease).
I've no doubt that any number of CNS infections can cause T.

There is no evidence to implicate parasites in human tinnitus.
However, once you develop tinnitus, there are multitudes of human
parasites who will try to suck your money on the premise of offering a
cure.
