There may not be a cure for all but a cure for  some.

there is no cure get any prescription that will allow you at least 6
hours sleep stay away from excessive salt and sugar
keep as busy as possible, with some slight noise masking though after
some time it will only seem like it occurs at night.
you absolutely must relax if you are tense definitely see your fam. doc
and get some valium xanax or whatever works for you
because thats all that really matters.is how you feel.Definitely dont
go the herbal route it most certainly is B.S. Ive been
a bodybuilder for years and the herbal industry is chalk full of
scammers.prescriptions work (in my humble opinion)Ive been
suffering with the big T for 5 months and its already fading to a part
in my brain which bassically allows me to forget about
my only problem is looking for it when its not so bad and then dwelling
on it.Thats why its important to keep mentally busy
and enjoy a couple drinks                     cheers

i was once on Ativan.  After trying it, I have now realized why it is
so difficult for drug addicts to quit.

Not necessarily.  Gingko softens my T sound.  It does not work for
everyone.  Also, many
gingko products are BS.  You just need to be careful with what you
buy.

I used to suffer from some discomfort in the head together with t
noise.  It was an acupuncturist in Vancouver that took care  of my head
discomfort but the noise was there.  It came down latter on.  There is
no unique answer, I am afraid, and i don't think habitation works for
everyone too.  For you, it obviously does.
