Hello again.
Does your T seem to lessen for a few days then return to it's /old/
loudness?
I started on a treatment, then after a few days the T seemed to lessen
somewhat and stayed that way for a few days, now it seems to be back to
close to is old /normal/ level.
At first when it lessened I thought I found a /cure/ in the Ring Stop
but now I don't know. I still have about 30 days of supply left so I am
going to continue with the treatment. But now I am having doubts about
how effective it really is. I have read that ginko can be effective, and
it is one of the ingredients in the Ring Stop. So I am considering
adding an extra amount of ginko to my /treatment/ to see if that makes
any difference.

Ken,
Take either Ring Stop or Ginko but not both. Adding ginko to RingStop
increases the blood thinning properties of the med and it may not be a
wise thing to do. I did have the experience in which a certain med
helped but the moment after i discontinued it and then went back to it
the effect was no longer there.
Stay with RingStop for a while but do a number of things in addition.
(1)Find a way to improve on the quality of your sleep. Talk to a doc
about taking BETAHISTINE _after_ dinner with a full stomach.
(2)Using a chiro pillow or a wrapped towel to support your neck in
sleep.
(3)Visit a chiro once a week in order to have your spine relaxed.
The above steps can at least help you gain better sleep and your body,
with good sleep, recover faster.

I say, since youve paid, give ringstop the benefit of the doubt and
finish it even though you might feel silly chugging down the last few
doses if it's not working. If it works for you it'll be the first
success story I've ever read. If you dont finish it you'll always
wonder. Be sure to report your final findings here. Also please come
back and write about any other things you try or just to share a
thought about your T. Thanx.
