Stumbled across a site that archives this group.  It seems to go back
3-4 months.  I'm not sure if this is when the website commenced ops or
it's a configured retention period.  The website seems like its running
a turnkey newsgroup archive program. Kinda bare. No search feature,
etc...,  shows Google Ads.

http://www.gatago.com/alt/support/tinnitus/

It archives posts with the no-archive flag and lists all posts for a
given author.

Some of you are prolly already familiar with newsgroup archives, some
not.  What could be unique with this site is it's retention of
no-archive posts. I guess there's nowhere to hide anymore...

I think there are quite a few sites that do this now, repost usenet
forums in entirety.

Top posts okay here?

Hi there, jga
Excuse my cross posting earlier from AST.  Am starting to read back posts to
see if there is any help for tinnitus through Google but saw your
interesting post.

I can't figure out how to search for a particular/given author though, how
did you do that?
Thanks for your help, and any assistance with tinnitus also greatly
appreciated.

Diana

PS Have stayed away from ASA since its onset but still use acetaminophen.
Do others use this?

snipped...

Ok.
You have to see the authors name in a post.  I dont think you can
search by author.

1. http://www.gatago.com/alt/support/tinnitus/
2. Click on a topic (like this thread)
3. Click on the authors name
The site will show you all posts by the author.

Oddly enuf, some author's names do not get registered in this site. The
site will say 'unknown' for author, even though it was plainly visible
in the original newsgroup.
