(Nicotinic Acid if it´s well translated to english) It helps to
widening blood vessels in the inner ear.

There are loads of posts in this group about it.

I wonder about the benefit of Hexanicotinate inositol for some.  OTC in
the US, it slowly releases niacin off the inositol core molecule
(no fllushing).  Its had clinical success with Raynaud's syndrome
(PMID: 3044673) which seems similar (dilation is what you're after).

I was taking it in hopes of increasing my HDL but apparently it
releases too slowly to effect that.  I did not notice any effect on
my T.

Actually it does not.

No, but it does slightly reduce the blood pressure and overall reduces
the risk of heart attack a wee bit.

It is fairly uncomplicated, surplus goes out via the kidney and the
sweat, the latter causes it to be a mosquito deterrrent, presumanbly
because b vitamines are likely to be a component in the smell of rotting
meat, so from the mosquitoes viewpoint you may be dead, and not a
reliable provider of quality food for its children.

This seems to be a myth pushed by the supplement industry.
