Since the world of modern medicine has not been very effective in
treating T, an idea may well be considered by which our body is given
the chance to treat its T. T is a symptom that suggests something does
go wrong. However, given today's knowledge it is difficult to find out
the cause(s). Perhaps against this background we should give our body
a chance to fix up where it has gone wrong.
>From the many doctors I visited, of both the modern and the traditional
camps, two features stand out very clear from all the treatments; they
are meant to (1)improve the blood circulation of the body and (2)to
give the patients a lot of sleep.
Against this background, I have complied a list of items below in
reference to what I went through. The ingredients of this package were
prescribed to me by doctors experienced in treating T. This simple
formulae is suitable for 2 types of T patiens: (1)those who have not
got any benefit from visiting their ENT doctors so far and (2)those who
don't have the money to reward their expensive ENT doctors. All the
medicines used can be bought OTC.
(1)Take one tablet of ginkgo biloba. Be a bit selective here. Not all
gingko pills produce the same effect because of the lack of regulation
in the manufacturign of herb med. I am using the ones made by 21 st
Centruy in Arizona. They are made of dried leaf and of 500mg in weight
per pill. Very good!
(2)Take one tablet of Betahistine (8-12 mg) before bed time. This one
is totally non-addictive. It softens the T and allows you to sleep at
a time you need sleep the most.
(3)Visit a chiro once a week to have your spine relaxed.
(4)Do weight lifting while lying flat on the bench. Exhaust yourself
before bed time.
(5)Sleep with a wrapped towel to support your neck.
1, 4 and 5 of the above are meant for improving the blood of the head
while 2 may have been for improving inner ear fluid circulation and
allowing the patients to sleep; 3 is for muscle relaxation of the neck
or the prevention of a pitched spine(which may give rise to T).
The above package would not hurt you even if you didn't have T. So
feel free to do it. Good rest, plus improved blood circulation, can
give your body a chance to treat your T. Your ENT doctors with the
modern gadgets such as MRI or SCAN may not know where the cause is,
your body knows and your body treats when given a chance !

There's a term for this. It's called "habituation".

The above recipee is used to faciliate "habituation". To habituate
does not mean to do away with medicine. No?
