I had an endolymphatic shunt put in my right ear some years ago. As it
turned out the original diagnosis of menieres disease was incoreect, it
turned out to be TMJ.  The shunt seems to be adding to the tinnitus and not
helping it.

I was wondering if the shunt can be removed.

Best Regards,

Don't you think the one who can answer this question should be a
certified doctor who can spend time to look into your situation?
