Hi,
I have had a constant ringing at about 13kHz in my ears since August last
year. It was brought on in a single night by stress and sleep deprivation.
I don't know if it was physically getting better, but I was coping with it
much better.

Then I went on this trip to China (I live in the US). I didn't need my
tinnitus maskers once on the trip and things were good.  On the airplane
ride back, I didn't have any problems either, since airplanes are one of the
best maskers of my tinitus.  But now my tinnitus is way louder and has been
for the last few days.  I have been back about 5 days.  I'm sure this stress
to my body has agrivated my tinnitus.   Anybody out there have any
suggestions?
