My major problem with T is sleeping with my husband. He snores. Before T
I used ear plugs and that worked fine. Now ear plugs just increase the
ringing, as you all know. I was thinking about trying "Ring Relief" for
both ears. I was wondering if they would block out the sound of my
husband's snoring and the white noise emitted from them have the same, or
similar effect, as listening to my T CDs. Has anyone out there tried
this?
Thanks

Why not clear his snoring?
Use moisturizer gel at night in the nose.
Tape the tip of the nose up to open the airway
Sew a tennis ball on the back of a T shirt so he won't sleep on his back.
Other suggestions at my web site.

Put a bra on him backwards with a potato in each cup.
