Turns out that all the symptoms I'm having come from a B12 deficiency.
Symptoms started in january with twitching and tingling in arms and
legs, increased heartbeat, anxiety and fatigue, then after 2 weeks
bilateral tinnitus started.

The confirmation came one week ago, as I started taking a B12 supplement
and a lot of symptoms subsided or toned down considerably. Tinnitus is
softer too.

Is it possible? Can i recover 100% from this?

Can you tell us how much B12 you are taking and frequency.  I would
like to try it.

Actually I'm taking 1000 mcg of cyanocobalamin and 1000 mcg of a b
complex (b1+b9+b12) per day.
But I am deficient, so you have to stick to  a medician's advice. Please
note that in some people
b12 acts as a nerve stimulator, so in theory your tinnitus could also
grow worse with it.

What's your opinion about B12 related to tinnitus? Does it help for
noise-induced T?
