i'm wandering all over the net and at drugs stores, hardware and
anything else that comes in my that may hold a possibility... to what
i'm looking for.

4 or 5 years back i aquired a load of earplugs, deep pink, very dense
foam and kind of hard on the ear canal at times but they filter out
EVERYTHING!

t.v. noise, traffic, snoring, neighbors, yelling, loud music, bassy
music, stomping overhead, car alarms...   they are wonderful.. problem
is they're running low.

no name, nothing... absolutely nothing but  black tin can.

i've tried hearos, they're ok..  eh.. they're ok...  3m models...  ok..
sorta they don't filter out everything..    (even hearos extreme
doesn't cut it like these hummers i'm going on about..)

any clues?

sorry about the query, but doesn't hurt to ask maybe with the quantity
of people reading this board/group someone out there may have a clue
what it may be...

no NR rating nothing i'm assuming they're in the 30s.    now i know
there's some high noise rating plugs out there that are specialized in
some sounds and let other sounds pass through like cutting down music
but conversation is allowed to pass through.. that's dissatisfactory
(unsatisfactory)  this is a rare plug soon as i run those into my
canals everything fades like magic and i can get sleep or do my work
without even hearing the slighted rumble of the loud t.v. below me or
the conversation in the next room.

ok that's enough begging out of me... i know we can't be choosy but at
times...  who knows.

thanks for your time and efforts whomever can help.

(and not laugh their eyes out of their sockets over this plea)

:D

They may not be what you are looking for.

no but i've been reading about these kind.. AND  isolators.  forgot the
name of them but they even have infared for personal listening...
filter all out but what you want, t.v. music...

those are expensive though.

be nice to jump in bed...  sit back.. listen to my fav. radio station
again and zone out without any clumbsy, cumbersome things hanging out
my ears or something attached to my head...
