I was at a pretty loud nightclub last night for 4 hours.  Towards the
end I noticed my ears ringing loudly.  It's been 12 hours since I left
the club -- I've regained my hearing but the ringing it still as
intense.  Is it typical for it to last this long?

Quite common for it to go on for a day, may be even a few.
Things should quiet down shortly though. Next time you go clubbing
make sure you wear ear plugs (you won't be the only one there wearing
them) else chances are good for the ringing to become a regular part
of your life.

Wouldn't hurt to take antioxidant vitamin formula.
