Seriously, spraying your ears with a puff of water or dabbing with a cold a
flannel cools your ears, and is a method I used to use to reduce my tinnitus
first thing in the morning. Maybe it "reduces blood flow in the capillaries"
:-}

Anybody else had any luck with this ?

Great header Steve!  I will try your cold water method tomorrow morning as I
have never tried that before, and my tinnitus is always noisy in the
mornings :( .
