Poll: What caused your tinnitus?

I suppose some don't know, and maybe no one is sure.

I can say with certainty that my tinnitus began after a week-long
motorcycle vacation.  

(There are many tinnitus afflicted in the motorcycle newsgroups. Try
sticking your head out the window when you're doing 60mph.)

And, since when did motorcycles have windows to stick your head out of
anyway?
