This is not hear-say but is true.  I am maintaining and even improving
on this level of silence with the following measures:

(1)Lie flat on bed at night.  Sometimes I use a wrapped tower to
support my spine but by and large have my body remain in a flat
position in order to facilitate blood circulation into my head.

(2)I have been taking one tablet of gingko biloba for the past year and
half, and I do so early in the morning about 15 minuits after taking my
high blood pressure pills....empty-stomached.  I was told by a
pharmacist that gingko works against hydrochlorithiazide but not what I
am taking.

(3)Due to that having a neck massage here in a small town in China
costs less than US$ONE, I am having one each day.  On top of that, I
try to decompress my spine from time to time using the spine stretching
device which I once showed to all of you.

That is all!

Sounds like good news. I stared on the ginko but I've been naughty and
have missed it for the last week or so. Need to get back on that horse.

Talk to a pharmacist, not a doctor, on the do's and don'ts with using
this medicine.  Pharmacists have more EXPERIENCES  with this med than
doctors.
