Getting up close and personal :) Does sex make T worse or better? I went
to bed with my partner to "lie down" and my T was deathly quiet - heaven all
round! Afterwards, I lay there in total cozy peace, and thinking DON'T
drop off to sleep. I could only have dozed off for about 5 to 10 minutes,
but it was enough to start the racket up :( I wondered it it was the sleep,
or the stimulation of sex that caused it to be noisy. I am pretty sure if I
had got out of bed immediately, I'd have still been enjoying peace and
quiet. I just wondered how others react?
I haven't needed to lie down on my left side for around 10 days, or listen
to my machine for T, because it has gone quiet, or quiet-ish in its own all
the time, until today. Personally, I blamed my partner! :))

Yes, exercise (or something like it) can exacerbate T.
Silence may be overrated. :-)

Either way, what would you do differently?

Bruce claimed Eerie Wax, a well known compound used to treat tinnitus,
could also be used as a personal lubricant and spermacide. Try it and
report back.

It has everything to do with your kidney which is related to your sex
activities. There may be an energy imbalance there. So have more sex.
That would be the answer.

Lots of sex and no T. Some people have all the luck.
Seriously though, if anything will keep your mind off the T sex would
have to be it. Too bad my wife probably won't believe me if I tell her
the ENT says she should be nicer to me. ;-)
